Groepsmedailles

I am collecting Nijmegen vierdaagse medals, and trying to create a display of all the different medals I can find, together with information about each item. Your help would be most appreciated.

I am aware of the 4 designs of team medals (see attached). I am also aware that the 3rd design has to versions (NBvLO & KNBLO). Are there any other designs of team medal? Can you tell me the first and last year each of the five designs of group medal were awarded.
